Description:
Our Highland Oaks home is situated on over a 1/4 acre with a tropical backyard oasis. Located just blocks away is the Aventura Mall featuring great dining and shopping. The Beach is no more than 5 minutes away and the Presidential Golf and Tennis Club is within walking distance. The Gulfstream Park Horse Racing & Casino is within 2 minutes and the home is located on a bus line, so getting anywhere is accessible, even without a car. This is Miami living at it's finest!
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel
appliances; an electric stove, microwave and oven and
refrigerator. A coffee maker, blender, slow cooker,
toaster oven and necessary utensils will be provided.
Service for eight will be included as well as all the
pots, pans, cookware, and cookbooks necessary to create
your own gourmet meal.
150-channel Dish
Network satellite will be provided in living
room and bedrooms. Free local and long distance phone
service within the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom
is provided. Included with the home is the use of a
wireless laptop and a wireless network card to provide
Internet Access. If you need to conduct business, a
combo printer and fax machine is available.
When you walk into the home you are
greeted by a 19' x 18' game room that has
floor to ceiling sliding glass patio doors
providing an expansive view of the oversize
40-foot pool, patio area, and lush tropical
yard. The game room features a 7' Pool
table, a Foosball Table and an 8-in-1 Card
Table. There are numerous board games, a
video/dvd library and various books and
magazines available.
The 35' x 17' furnished
patio area is afforded privacy by a wall of
mature trees providing lush landscaping. You
will find patio seating for six including
umbrellas to enjoy outdoor meals and
unwind. There are also two ceiling fans to
keep the temperature just
right.
The 40-foot heated lap
pool and 8 person (yes 8) Jacuzzi are the focal
point of the tropical backyard paradise.
A gas grill and covered patio complete the
atmosphere and will make it a destination in
itself!
The master bedroom is
furnished with a king sized bed, a mirrored
dresser with two nightstands, a bathroom with a
shower, and a 20" TV. There is aslo an
exterior door allowing direct access to the
pool/patio area.
The 2nd bedroom features two full size
beds, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, and a
wall mounted 13" TV. The closet features
mirrored doors and the floors are wood
laminate. There is a lighted ceiling fan
and two large windows.
The 3rd
bedroom features one queen size bed, a
chest of drawers, a nightstand, and a 20"
TV. The closet features mirrored doors,
there ia a mirrored wall and the floors are
tiled. There is also a lighted ceiling fan
and one large
window.
This home features a
state of the art tankless water heater, which
provides for an unlimited amount of hot water
for showers and laundry! All bedrooms have
window blinds and/or curtains for full privacy.
The utility room contains a large capacity
washer and full size dryer with an iron, and
ironing board.
Hallandale Beach is less
than 5 minutes away and Hollywood Beach is less
than 10 minutes away.
We
are centrally located, both Miami and Fort Lauderdale are easily
accessible. Miami International Airport & Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood
Airport are within 25 minutes.
