We used the house when my son got married to house 4 couples and 1 child. The house is very large and has nice rooms and comfortable beds. It is a little outdated in the decor but the pool is wonderful along with the screened-in pool area. The neighborhood is quiet and we had plenty of room to park 3-4 cars. The kitchen had plenty of dishes (need wine glasses). The only problem we had was the ice maker was frosting up. Family room had nice large TV and lots of couch area. Pool table was nice. We would recommend it.

WE ABSOLUTELY LLLLLOVED IT. Probaly one of the best rental homes we have had. It was roomy, clean, lots of extras (pool table, computer, printer) and the kids loved the pool. Definately would rent again if in the area.

I would totally recommend staying here. Went down with 12 friends on 5/12/11, there was plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed in it. Pool is really nice, and the neighborhood was really quiet, privacy was easy to come by. 7ft basketball hoop was a highlight in the driveway. I would definately rent again, I wouldn't think twice.

We stayed in the Casa Del Mar with a large group, and we could all fit comfortably! There was plenty of living space for different groups. Casa Del Mar was perfect for our family. We had a total of 15 in the house and there was plenty of room. We didn't feel crowded at all. Although the house is a little dated, it is very nice and clean. The pool and covered patio were great as was the yard. The grill could use new grid surface but we used aluminum grill pans and did fine. We did not find a can opener or corkscrew so we bought and left in kitchen. We could have used a baking sheet for rolls, etc. There were plenty of towels, linens and beach towels for our group. Over all we were very pleased and would rent again if we had occasion to rent for a large group.

We stayed in the Casa Del Mar with a large group, and we could all fit comfortably! There was plenty of living space for different groups. The interior of the house was very nice, but the outside of the house could use a cleaning in the front and back. We were glad we heated the pool, especially when using it in the morning and evenings. We found that contacting the RentwithConfidence group was easiest with email. I hope then next renters have as good of weather as we did!

Overall good. 4 couples stayed for the Orange Bowl. Great location, very good value. House somewhat dated but very clean and had everything we needed. We had the pool heated but never got in it but it looked fine. Good house for family with kids.

Stayed for 10 nights at Casa Del Mar last February with 4 adults and 3 children and enjoyed it very much. Plenty of room and a great pool. Even with nice weather, it was a good idea to heat the pool in February as the kids jumped in first thing every morning. The pool is quite deep for children not able to swim yet, so floaters are recommendable and of course adult attendance at all times. Location was great for us with two golf course (Orangebrook and Hillcrest)with less than 5 minutes, both of them friendly for my 7 yr old beginner as well. Orangebrook extremely so and great value too, Hillcrest (2min away)was a nice course. Beach is about 15 minutes away, but overall the location with regards Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Everglades and e.g. Sawgrass Mills worked really well for us. The house was clean equipped with all the necessary things including internet. Game room was great with the pool table. Plenty of TV's but unfortunately no satellite. *Owner Note - Presently, all Casa Del Mar TV's receive Over-The-Air HDTV Signals that provide 35 local channels (PBS, CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, CW, Etc.) in High Definition. In addition, the Family Room TV now also provides over 100 Cable Channels. The agency handled everything very promptly and professionally and we are happy to recommend the place to anyone who wants spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was great. I rented the house to be closer to where my daughter was getting married. We had lots of room to entertain the out of town guests who stopped by to visit us. The house was very well equipped, lots of towels,bedding kitchen needs, game room, even little extras such as shampoo etc. A nice bbq by the pool. I envy the person who rents in the summer as there is a mango tree full of young mango's waiting to be a special treat.
