We stayed in the house the weekend of my daughters wedding. The house is much bigger and nicer on the inside than it looks on the outside. It was the perfect layout to have family over after the wedding. There was a problem upon our arrival (unknown to the owner the cleaning crew had left before finishing because of a family emergency) and the owner responded immediately to take care of it. Thank you for a great place to stay. |

The house was perfect, exactly as advertised, clean and working properly. The owner service was great too. One of the patio chairs broke and the owner replaced it on the next day. We had a really good experience with the house and I can positively recommend it. |

We gathered here for my 50th birthday party. 7 adults and 3 children. We had a great time. Most of the time we were laying out near the pool. Everyone enjoyed the game room. (I'm still the ping-pong champion). We had more than enough space for sleeping and the two master bedrooms are great. The owner was accessible when needed. The house is on a nice quiet street. There are plenty of cookware and china for eating. The pool was under-used due to it being solar powered. Overall, I had a great time that I will always remember. Oh, the backyard is very private with a nice warm Jacuzzi. We received our deposit within 6 days. |

We stayed at Vila Del Sol for my husbands 30th birthday celebration with 10 adults. It was absolutely perfect with the pool, hot tub, and very spacious layout. The pictures definitely do not do it justice and it was a wonderful surprise to see how great everything was set up and taken care of. We would definitely stay there again! The owner was so nice and very helpful with any questions and concerns we had. The location was nice and close to downtown where we hit up some great restaurants and bars. We loved that there were also accommodations for our 1 year old son later in the week as well! They set up a crib and everything! Thanks for a great vacation! |

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Del So! We were comfortable and had plenty of space. The floor plan was open and functional for everyone to enjoy the house and pool/hot tub. Nice neighborhood...We loved the lack of clutter and the island vibe in the home. Great floor plan..very clean... We found Greg/the owner to be straight forward and accessible. He was helpful and friendly-providing answers to all our questions throughout the trip. He is a great guy, and easy to work with. We also enjoyed the bikes, ping pong/foosball, and hollywood beach (close by). The Location was close to lots of stores also. BBQ grill works well ! It even had a baby crib.. We will be back, because its an great house! |

Our family of 4 adults and 3 teenagers stayed at the Villa Del Sol for Spring break and had wonderful time! The house was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The owner was very pleasant and accessible. We did have an issue with the AT&T U-Verse one evening, our call to the owner was promptly returned and he had an AT&T rep on the phone with us before we could finish our foosball game :-). All and all very pleased and would recommend to others. |
