Our Villa Del Sol property is a 3,200 Sq. Ft. 4BR/4BA Single
Family Home with a 15 x 30 Solar Heated Pool and a six person Jacuzzi. We are located on Fillmore Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood
Hills in Hollywood, Florida. Situated on a 1/4 acre lot, the home has a rear yard privacy fence, a two car garage and a circular driveway that holds up to 4 cars.
The open & airy living room welcomes you as you enter the home. It features a couch and loveseat, LCD HDTV w/200 channels and a surround sound system.
The dining room area affords a beautiful front garden view and features a wood table with seating for up to eight and a large hutch.
The kitchen is equipped with service for 12, featuring an electric stove w/oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.
The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands and a LCD HDTV providing 200 channels.
The master bathroom is spacious and well appointed. It features beautiful counter top basins, a large two person shower with glass wall and a jacuzzi bathtub.

The 3rd bedroom is spacious and well appointed. It features a queen size bed with one night stand and and a mirrored dresser drawer.
The 4th (2nd Master) bedroom features a king size bed, a dresser with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, pool/patio access and an LCD HDTV providing 200 channels.
The 4th (2nd Master) bathroom features a pedestal sink with a large mirror and a two person glass enclosed shower.
The 15 x 30 solar heated swimming pool enhances the furnished patio. There is a gas barbecue grill and plenty of space for the kids to run and play in the fenced back yard.
The Jacuzzi Hot Tub is the ideal reward after a long day at the beach.

For Non-Peak booking cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive your reservation/security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any rental payment returned; 60 days or less, entails forfeiture of all rental payments and reservation/security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. The determination of 'similar replacement' will be the owners' alone.

Deposits:
$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.

Departure Cleaning fee is $175. Jacuzzi Service is $75.

50% rental rate due 60 days prior to
